As it's already known, the voting is conducted only in 2 of 12 election districts (ED) in Luhansk oblast. Polling stations are opened only in ED #114 and #115. 

 In Dnipropetrovsk city, DEC #27, PEC #121166, Zhovtnevyi raion, three violations at once were reported.

At DEC #177 member of the commission from Mykhailo Dobkin - Oleksandr Ostroverkh, and at DEC #179 member of the the commission from Anatolii Hrytsenko - Tymur Tomaiev are threatening to remove the official observers from OPORA from the building of DEC.

  Secretary of PEC #801015, election district #223 started to fill in the protocol on the vote count thus violating the law.  Namely, he collected signatures of the members of PEC under an empty protocol sheet.     

In Dokuchaevsk, Donetsk oblast (DEC# 61) the representatives of so-called "People Republic of Donetsk" ( hereinafter PRD)massively close the precinct election commissions.This information was reported by the observers of joint monitoring campaign of Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civil Network OPORA in Donetsk.  

In Mykolaiv oblats all 939 polling stations began their work. This information came from OPORA observers, who received data from 6 distric electoral comissions. We remind that today the citizens of Mykolaiv oblast elect the President of Ukraine, whereas the dwellers of Mykolaiv city also vote for the city Mayor.

Members of the PEC in scandalously known district #223 in Kyiv violate the law and treat observer with disrespect.

 On 25 May, near the "Pryvokzalnyi" market, OPORA's observers have noticed billboard with campaigning material of Dmytro Yarosh. The billboard depicts his business card.
