In Mykolaiv at the polling station #480886 (district #129) one of the voters noticed a torn and crumpled ballots at the station's threshold. Commission members and the police were informed about the incident. There were also recorded similar incidents.  

Members of district election commission #90 have found a way to detect stuffed and probably falsified ballots.

At the polling station #121183, district #25, the work of Vadym Holovchenko, corresponded of the Tochka OPORY newspaper, was obstructed: he was not allowed to fulfill his editorial task and to make photo and video recording at the polling station.

  In many PECs of Odesa, the number of voters in Mayoral voter list is bigger than in voter list for Presidential election. On such polling stations, the voters receive ballots for Mayoral election only, because they are not included in voter lists for the Presidential election.

OPORA's observers massively report violations at PECs in district #26, located in Zhovtnevyi district of Dnipropetrovsk city.

  Unknown persons in Amrosiivskyi raion (district #62) in settlement of Metalist have destroyed everything in polling station #140030 and stole all ballots. Such information was reported by observers of a joint monitoring campaign of the Donetsk Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civic Network OPORA.
