Sumy on the eve of 2020 elections: activities of potential candidates, probable abuse of administrative resources and conflicts in TECs

 In two polling stations in Sumy, ballot papers for participation in Presidential and local elections were issued by the same voter list, what is a grave violation.

In front of some polling stations in Trostyanets, Sumy oblast, the citizens are asked to take part in the inquiry on the topic whether to renovate the monument of Lenin in their city.  

In some polling stations at once, voters headed to the exit but not to the ballot box after leaving the ballot booth.

In the morning of May 25, at the polling station #896, which is situated on 13 Kharkivska Street (electoral district #159), it occurred that the number of voting ballots for the Presidential elections and for the elections of Sumy city Mayor differed dramatically. Namely, the polling station received 30 voting ballots less than needed for the local elections. At the same time they have even extra ballots for the Presidential elections. Around 1am on 29 October, the observer saw that in the hall of the DEC, Head, Secretary, and a member of the precinct election commission No.590112 of the village of Lukashivka of Velyka Pysarivka Raion were rewriting the protocols. He captured this fact with a camera, and then observed the process and called for the Head of the District Election Commission Yavdoshniak.

The observer of the Civil Network OPORA who is working at the station No.590891 at School No.1 situated at 136 Kirov St reported that before the vote counting, commission members mixed the ballots from the small box with those from the fixed ones.
