 In district #101 of Kirovohrad oblast, Heads of PECs have started informing observers that the DEC prohibited precinct election commissions to give observers copies of protocols on forms of the CEC.

DEC No.99 cannot draw up a protocol of voting results because not all judgements have been brought to notice to the DEC. 24 claims for recognition of the voting results at certain PECs invalid are being considered in Kirovskyi Court.

Members of the PEC No.350931 brought their protocols to DEC No.99 first. However, the sugar bag which they brought the election documents in drew the attention, and then it turned our that all the protocols were stamped with the seal from DEC No.102!

We have a confirmation concerning employees of the Ministry's of Emergencies of Ukraine which were involved in installation of outdoor campaign advertising for the potential candidate in majoritarian district #101 Vitalii Hrushevskyi in Haivoron city.
