OPORA observers documented the campaigning on behalf of the candidates for the President of Ukraine at the district #73.  

  In Melitopol, Zaporizhzhya oblast, observers from OPORA recorded the violations at PEC #230749.  

  Before the preparatory meeting at the polling station #631331 came to an end the commission members were notified that the composition of the PEC was changed. To 11 members of PEC will be added one more member, who was substituted. But it was not the last change that happened at this station.   

 In district #101 of Kirovohrad oblast, Heads of PECs have started informing observers that the DEC prohibited precinct election commissions to give observers copies of protocols on forms of the CEC.

In Donetsk oblast, the voter turnout is 13.7% as of 6pm. Such information was reported by observers of a joint monitoring campaign of the Donetsk Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civic Network OPORA

  In Kherson oblast billboards containing hidden agitation in favor of the candidates for the President were noticed. At the same time candidates for the city Mayor resort to more "technological" means of hidden agitation:the voters receive SMS, in which they are encouraged to vote for a certain candidate for city mayor.  

In front of some polling stations in Trostyanets, Sumy oblast, the citizens are asked to take part in the inquiry on the topic whether to renovate the monument of Lenin in their city.  

In Novoaidarskyi raion (Luhansk oblast), at 3:20pm, armed people have seized the polling station #440266 (TED #115).
