According to the data of the Civil Network OPORA the voter turnout at the extraordinary Presidential elections as of 04:00 PM constitutes 45% of all voters.
As of 04:00 PM the voter turnout at the extraordinary Presidential elections in Ukraine is 45%. Namely, in Сentral oblasts the turnout is 47%, in the West it constitutes 52%, in the East 37% and South - 37%. The statistical error of 3% is taken into account. During the whole Election Day OPORA plans to infrom media and public about the results of the parallel turnout tabulation.
