Yesterday, on June, 2nd, the observers of CN “OPORA” noticed some problematic situations in Lviv and Lviv region where the graduates had the Ukrainian language and literature testing. The trouble case for them was the list of the documents for entering the institution where the testing takes place.

OPORA begins the external independent testing public monitoring campaign in 2011. The organization has already registered 463 observers in regional centers of education evaluation. The coverage of the testing points is from 25 to 75% that depends on the popularity of the subject within the graduates.

On May 25 in Rubizhne ( Lugansk region) the Resource center for condominiums was opened This became possible due to the Municipal Heating Reform Project (USAID), Local Development Institute (MDI) with OPORA.
