The Central Election Commission, at its meeting today, has replaced two more members (including the Secretary) of the district election commission No.197, which is in Kaniv of Cherkasy Oblast. 

Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal ruled to declare the acts of precinct commissions No.210198 (Osii, Irshava Raion) and No.210188 (Malyi Rakovets, Irshava Raion) unlawful. Relevant judgements were published in the online newspaper Mukachevo.net.

On 1 November, district election commission No.143 finished the vote counting of the election to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine having adopted the final protocol.

In district No.1 at the PEC No.011080, when the recount of ballots started, half of those in favour of the Party of Regions were invalidated.  For the party in power, there were 282 votes in the protocol, and during the recount 128 ballots were invalidated.

District election commission in the town of Kovel plays for time as to summarising the voting results in the electoral district No.21.

At the district election commission No.11 in Vinnytsia, there are no voting results yet. In this district, there is a problematic situation around vote counting for candidates for People's Deputy Oleksandr Dombrovskyi (self-nomination) and Nataliia Soleiko (All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland). Currently, 81% of protocols have been processed.

Studying the results of vote counting in the electoral district 155, OPORA observers found out that on the website of the Central Election Commission, strange manipulations aimed at increasing the gap between the pro-government and the opposition candidate are occurring.

DEC No.99 cannot draw up a protocol of voting results because not all judgements have been brought to notice to the DEC. 24 claims for recognition of the voting results at certain PECs invalid are being considered in Kirovskyi Court.
