In electoral district 121, which is in Lviv Oblast, official observers and authorised persons of the participants of the electoral process — the All-Ukrainian Unions Svoboda and Fatherland — prevented election fraud attempt in favour of the Party of Regions in the national electoral district.

In the town of Zhmerynka of Vinnytsia Oblast, at district election commission No.14, there is a situation connected with the change of the DEC's decision after the first determined voting results, based on the submission of representatives of the candidate for People's Deputy in the electoral district No.14 Viktor Zherebniuk (self-nomination).

In the electoral district 156, an agent, without the knowledge of the candidate of the Party of Regions, appealed to court with a request to dismiss without prejudice the claims on vote recount for eight stations. At the same time, in raions of the district, hearings on claims for gross violations of the election law on the election day and during the vote counting continue.

On 28 October, observers could receive the copy of a protocol with a wet stamp on results of vote counting. Representative of the candidate Ruslan Solvar (the UDAR party) compared their copies of protocols with the official data on site of the CEC, and noticed a certain discrepancy in polling stations #321393, #321395 and #321394

On 31 October, court sessions were held in Obukhiv and Vasylkivsk rayonal courts of Kyiv oblast. Obukhiv court received 17 lawsuits claiming that the elections should be recognized as void at polling stations where a candidate from the Batkivshchyna all-Ukrainian Union, Viktor Romaniuk, has won with considerable margin. Despite circumstances and testimony given by members of precinct election commissions were equal in all the cases, 8 of them were dismissed and 3 satisfied

The Civil Network OPORA received some lists of people which were voting in district #90 for Vitalii Chudnovskyi and participated in electoral falsifications

OPORA observer reported facts of gross violations of the election law, which became the ground for vote recount at one of the stations of district 155 (centre of the district — Dubrovytsia).

Last night, all members of the district election commission No.215 finally signed the final protocol, and it was forwarded to the CEC.
