As of 12am, OPORA's observers have noticed that the most common violation of election procedures is attempt to issue ballot papers without passport verification by members of PECs, and attempts to vote without having legal right. Such incidents are reported in 7.3% and 6.8% respectively.
In 4.2% of polling stations, the voting secrecy was violated. In 4% of polling stations, unauthorized persons were present in polls. In 3.1% of polls, the voters tried to take ballots out of voting place.
