OPORA's observer reported that he wasn't allowed to sign the control sheet when ballot boxes were sealed on preparatory meeting at polling station #321253 in Brovary.

Only two stationary ballot boxes for 1,472 voters are available at polling station #590836, located in the city of Romny (center of district #161).

On 27 October 2014, at 11:30am, , the press-conference will be held by the Civil Network OPORAin the UNIAN Information Agency (4 Khreshatyk St., Kyiv). On the next day after the voting day, OPORA will the first organization, which will publicize thevoting results in nationwide district based on the statistically-based quick count made by OPORA on Early Parliamentary Elections in Ukraine on the basis of official voting results at polling stations. 

Another incident of criminal interference in the electoral process was reported in Kyiv oblast. Yesterday, MP candidate Oleh Boiko nominated in district #93 (centered in Myronivtsi, Kyiv oblast) was attacked. The information was confirmed by law enforcement bodies and the candidate himself.
