Data abnormalities, which deviate from general voting trends, are often discovered during analysis of election outcomes. Such abnormalities are usually detected in the process of calculations and data visualization. They can also reveal falsification of voting results or misuse of administrative resources/voter bribery during an election campaign. During 2019 presidential election, representatives of Civil Network OPORA trained 1533 prevention police officers and investigators from the National Police of Ukraine. We are planning to conduct trainings in all regions for the same number of police officers before parliamentary elections.

On Tuesday, April 30, the Central Election Commission compiled and announced the final tabulation protocol results for election of the President of Ukraine. Official results coincided with the results of parallel vote tabulation realized by Civil Network OPORA.
