Informational campaign "Free and Fair Elections", jointly realized by the StarLightMedia and Civil Network OPORA, has finished. The campaign was realized before the presidential election to prevent fraud and protect the right of Ukrainians for elections free from pressure, threats, bribery and deceit.

OPORA affirms with 99% certainty that results of the second round are the following: Volodymyr Zelenskyi received 73.2% of votes, and Petro Poroshenko – 24.3%. 2.5% of ballots are invalid.

On April, 21, 2019, voters had an opportunity to freely elect one of the two run-off candidates who received the most of votes during the first election round. The second round is a final stage of election campaign at the regular presidential election in Ukraine with the record high number of candidates running for presidency (39 persons).

Civil Network OPORA continued giving assessment to the quality of election process based on a nationally representative sample of polling stations OPORA's methodology for election monitoring allows to compare quantitative indicators for typical violations of legislation.

According to the data from OPORA’s observers, the voter turnout as of 20:00 on 21 April presidential election in Ukraine in 61,6% with margin of error 0.8%.

Civil Network OPORA has assessed the quality of voting process from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM based on the data from representative sample of polling stations. OPORA's methodology for election monitoring allows to compare quantitative indicators for violations, typical for this and previous election.

According to the data from OPORA’s observers, the voter turnout as of 16:00 on 21 April presidential election in Ukraine in 49,3% with margin of error 0.7%.

Civil Network OPORA has assessed the quality of voting process from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM based on the data from representative sample of polling stations. OPORA's methodology for election monitoring allows to compare quantitative indicators for violations, typical for this and previous election.
