OPORA is concerned about statements of the participants of external independent testing about the level of difficulty of tests in English and statements about the disrepansies with school program. Thus, in Drohobych, Lviv region, today, in the day of the city council meeting, about fifty graduates went to the streets to protest against the challenges of English and requiring retake

On June 9 at 11.30 one of the police stations in Kirovograd received an anonymous phone call about the mining of the school number 9 on Akademika Korolyova Street, 27/21.

On June 2, 2010, together with the beginning of this year's session of independent external evaluation, OPORA launched a campaign of public observation of EIT. OPORA gives the main results of monitoring tests in the Ukrainian language and literature, and foreign languages ??(English, German, French, Spanish) in the Lviv region.

OPORA expresses concern about the low turnout of entrants to the independent external testing. The state budget has already lost almost 3.5 million hryvnias because 51,780 persons mind up tests in the Ukrainian language and literature,. Last year the turnout for testing in these subjects was 94%. So, the first EIT-2010 was ignored by 11.94% of the participants.

Yesterday, on June 3, during tests in the Ukrainian language and literature at school № 16 of Dnipropetrovsk son tried to pass a test for his father. This information came to the call center of CN OPORA, which monitors external independent testing in 17 regions of Ukraine.

June 1, Vinnytsya. At 11.00 in Vinnytsya Press Club the press conference of CN OPORA took place, during which were presented the results of information and mobilization campaign "Fair university admissions - 2010", and the public observation of  EIT in the Vinnytsya region was announced.

Public observers of CN OPORA in the Lviv region recorded a large number of cases where applicants were not admitted to the testing because they did not have a certificate for external testing.

Today, on June 2, the observers of CN OPORA will monitor the first session of independent external evaluation of the Ukrainian language and literature in 17 regions of Ukraine. The testing on this subject will be held for 3 days.
