In the electoral district No.146 on the night of 19 to 20 October, announcements from the candidate for People's Deputy of Ukraine of the Party of Regions Oleh Nadosha appeared with the invitation to receive financial aid in the amount of 856 hryvnias, and the list of documents required to receive this money.

On Thursday, 18 October, the journalists of the Volhynian media and OPORA representatives weren't admitted to the premises of the academic building of the Lesia Ukrayinka Eastern European University while candidate for Deputy Ihor Palytisa was holding a meeting with students. In such way, staff of the university hindered journalists in performance of their professional activities.

Today, in Lviv Oblast, not all the PECs have taken up their duties yet. The main difficulty they have faced is constant rotation of commission members.
