Official observers from OPORA tried to change the place of voting in connection to their mission on different polling station, but didn't succeed

According to observation of the Civil Network OPORA, the electoral competition intensifies.  In the electoral district No.208 — in particular, in Bakhmach — a long-term observer detected an information poster without any imprint, involvement in which the headquarters of the candidate featured there deny. “Mykhailo Holytsia — the only candidate of the authorities,” the campaigning material says.

The court obliged the candidate for People's Deputy in the SMED No.62 Serhii Ryzhuk to stop placing campaign materials on 13 advertising spaces in Zhytomyr.

According to the OPORA observer, on 18 October in the centre of Zhytomyr (SMED No.62), newsletter Narodna Nedilia (People's Sunday), which contained smear against the candidate of the United Opposition Hennadii Zubko, was handed out to bypassers. The leaflets were printed without any indication of imprint. The newsletter was also published on the Internet where a fake Vkontakte account of H. Zubko was created.

On 19 October, at the polling station No.142210 (SMED No.56, Makiyivka), the commission member of the All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland refused to accept the request of a citizen for the correction of errors in the voter list.
