Election commission #136 allows members of PEC to make changes in protocols without returning to PEC premises. Official observer of the OPORA reported. 

In the night of 27 October, in the city of Bakhmach (DEC #208), a long-term observer detected that protocols were being re-written right in the hall of the DEC, the stamp was brought there, and some other violations. Civil Network OPORA has already informed about gross violations in district #206, now we get reports that members of PECs repeatedly commit similar violations in the DEC #208.

The largest number of violations reported in Ternopil oblast occurred at the DEC #167, in the city of Chortkiv. Members of election commissions were committing violations right in front of observers' cameras.

The voting in single-mandate district was considered void at a polling station #140232, located in the village of Novotroitske (Dobropillia raion). Commission members had put the stamp "Removed" against a name of candidate who didn't removed his candidacy. Observers of a joint monitoring campaign of the Donetsk Office of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine and Civic Network OPORA reported about this violation.
