Voting results in single-mandate election districts of Lviv oblast are quite surprising. It was difficult to forecast such unexpected result. Yaroslav Dubnevych, nominated in ED #120, is one of 12 current MPs who managed to be elected to the new convocation of the Parliament. All the others took not even second, but third and fourth places in their districts.

OPORA has processed voting results published by the CEC, and particularly single-member districts where two or more candidates have the same surname (or even name and patronymic name) or similar surname, to know whether namesake candidates had influenced the rating. This dirty election technology has influenced the voting results only in two districts in 2014 Early Parliamentary elections – ED #216 (Kyiv city) and #68 (Zakarpattia oblast).

As of 3:00 PM on 30 October 2014, 9 of 198 district election commissions haven't finished inclusion of vote count protocol data into the Vybory information analytical system: SMD #16 (Vinnytsia obl.), SMD #49, 59 (Donetsk obl.), SMD #66 (Zhytomyr obl.), SMD #96 (Kyiv obl.), SMD #137, 140 (Odesa obl.), SMD #182 (Kherson obl.), SMD #199 (Cherkasy obl.).

On 29 October, 5 members of the DEC #114 were substituted, including the Commission Head Oleksii Pidhornyi.

AT 11:00 AM on 29 October, the military took equipment and documentation from the District Election Commission #52, located in the city of Dzherzhynsk, and left in an unknown direction.
