OPORA has noticed that some people (observers, journalists of the Tochka Zoru edition, proxies) at polling stations in district #205 are wearing wristlets and T-shirts with UKROP logo. This symbol, registered by a charitable fund of the same name, was used by MP candidate Hennadii Korban, nominated by the UKROP party, during campaigning period.  

According to representatives of Civil Network OPORA, who conduct observation of by-election of MP of Ukraine in district #205, all the commissions under observation have conducted morning meetings. However, it should be mentioned that 11 of 80 commissions have started preparatory meetings earlier than 7:15 a.m. At the same time, according to the Law of Ukraine on Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine, preparatory meetings should be held not earlier than 45 minutes before the voting be...

  According to representatives of CN OPORA, observing by-election in district #205, election commission at polling station #741027 (4 Henerala Bielova St.) has violated the Law when interrupted the voting process so that a new commission member (deputy head) could take an oath.  

Five of 18 members of DEC #205 in Chernihiv worked in DEC #194 (Cherkasy oblast) in 2013 early elections, where self-nominated candidate Mykhailo Poplavskyi has won. Eight of 18 DEC members worked in election commissions of Kyiv or Cherkasy oblast, or even both.One member of DEC #205 worked in the corresponding commission #38 in Dnipropetrovsk oblast.

In Chernihiv, near polling station #741031 located at Pershoho Travnia St., OPORA's representatives have noticed leaflets affirming that MP candidate Serhii Berezenko, nominated in district #205 by the Solidarity Petro Poroshenko Block, is out of the race. The leaflet states on behalf of the candidate that „due to numerous scandals in district #205, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the Solidarity party have decided to withdraw my candidacy from the election in district #205. ...

It's almost 2 months of election campaign in district #205, and only 17 candidates are actively campaigning, including Hennadii Korban (UKROP party) and Serhii Berezenko (Petro Poroshenko Block party), whose campaigning efforts come along with numerous incidents having features of voter bribery, misuse of administrative resource, and violation of campaigning rules.
