During by-election in district #205, OPORA's activists have noticed two tricks with ballot papers. At polling station #741023 (nursery school #4, 134 Henerala Pukhova St.), a voter attempted to leave the polls with his ballot. The voter tried to throw a fake ballot to the ballot box and hide a real ballot. However, commission member have noticed that this attempt and called the police. The voter is detained, waiting for an operational-investigative group.
Another attempt of taking a ballot out of polling station was noticed in commission #741002 (school #5, hall, 23A Sosnova St.). A granny tried to leave with her ballot. Being caught red-handed, the granny started to cry and said that she wanted to vote at home. At polling station #741029 (subscription department of the Vodokanal, 2 Henerala Bielova St.), a man torn the ballot into pieces and thrown it to the box right after commission members stopped him from leaving with it.
According to the Article 158 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, falsification of electoral documents is punished with up to seven years of liberty deprivation.
