Having analyzed this year's parliamentary activities of MPs, who were elected in single-member districts of Kyiv, we may state that the attendance at plenary sittings and committees is still an issue, as well as the fact that many MPs continue ignoring the voting in Parliament.

According to the parallel vote tabulation results based on 100% of processed precinct protocols, local party cell of the Revival party wins the highest number of votes in election to Krasnoarmiisk City Council – 58.64% of votes.

On 29 November, Civil Network OPORA and Donetsk Oblast Organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine conducted observation and parallel vote tabulation with 100% of election precincts covered in Krasnoarmiisk. Based on observer reports, OPORA trusts that the results at polling stations in general reflect the will of the people.

The voting process on 29 November 2015 in Krasnoarmiisk and Mariupol passed quietly, in accordance with legislative requirements, and without systematic or centralized violations. We may say the same, with a few exceptions, about tabulation of votes at election precincts. However, there were some gross election law violations, particularly at polling station #141088 in Krasnoarmiisk, which must be immediately investigated by law-enforcement bodies in an unbiased manner.

The incidents that were detected during the election day in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk on 29 November were procedural and cannot be classified as gross electoral violations.

According to the data received by the Civil Network OPORA and Donetsk Oblast Cell of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, the voter turnout in Mariupol (36.2% according to the data received by observers at PECs; 34.7% according to the tally mechanical click counters) and Krasnoarmiisk (36.4%) as of 8 pm is lower than voter turnout in the first round of voting on 25 October, but slightly higher than voter turnout in the second round on 15 November (34.0%)
