Sevastopol: Turnout at 4pm: data from the DEC - 17.8 %
As of 4pm, 17.8% of voters, or 27,098 people have voted on midterm elections of Member of Parliament in district #224 (Sevastopol city). The total number of voters, included to the voters list in the district was 152,499 people. Such information was provided to OPORA observers by the District Election Commission.

All the polling stations in Sevastopol were opened in time
Civil Network OPORA informs that all the polling stations in Sevastopol city without exception were opened in time to for midterm election of Member of Parliament in district #224. Voting is held from 8am to 10pm on 95 polling stations in Sevastopol. According to OPORA observers, precinct election commissions started their work in calm atmosphere and without acute conflicts. Members of the UDAR and the CPU factions are present in some polling stations.

OPORA will observe midterm elections of Member of Parliament in Sevastopol on July 7
On July 7, 2013 midterm elections of Member of Parliament in district #224 (Sevastopol city) are to be held. These elections were appointed by the Central Election Commission on March 18. During the day, Civil Network OPORA will conduct civic observation of special elections and actively inform mass media and the public about the course of elections in these cities.

In district No.1 at the PEC No.011080, when the recount of ballots started, half of those in favour of the Party of Regions were invalidated. For the party in power, there were 282 votes in the protocol, and during the recount 128 ballots were invalidated.

In the town of Yalta, during the visit to the PEC 011020 at 51 Moscowska Street, OPORA observers found no curtains on voting booths. This violation is contrary to the Constitution of Ukraine, which leaves the possibility to a voter to vote secretly.
