Yuliia Tymoshenko was the first presidential candidate who visited Khmelnytsk. She spoke in front of students, officers and teachers the of the National Academy of State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, answered the questions of journalists at press-conference, gave an interview to local TV channels, and appealed to the people from stage, specifically established at Maidan Nezalezhnosti.

"Yuliia Tymoshenko must show the responsibility to Ukrainian people and give Petro Poroshenko the chance to win in the first round..." - Head of the central Poroshenko's electoral headquarters Vitalii Kovalchuk stated during the presentationin Interfax-Ukraine. 

"Governors, as well as heads of oblast or raion state administrations shouldn't be appointed by the President. It is public prosecutor's responsibility to represent interests of the President in the regions. He shall watch the implementation of President's decrees and government's resolutions," – the presidential candidate Oleh Tiahnybok has stated during meetings with voters in Korosten, on April 8.

Civil Network OPORA - is a non-governmental, non-political and financially independent all-Ukrainian network of activists. In 2014, OPORA conducts a wide observation campaign during snap Presidential election, interim Parliamentary elections (district #83), and special local elections. 175 long-term observers are working in all Ukrainian regions. On the Election Day, the organization will mobilize nearly 3,000 activists to conduct the parallel vote tabulation, based on statistical sample.
