During the observation of the voting process and vote count, OPORA's observers reported mostly procedural violations in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. However, the number and types of violations didn't threaten the organization of voting process, they were not widespread, and couldn't have influence on voting results. 

More than 66% of voters participated in the election process in Zhytomyr oblast. In general, the voting was held without major violations, which could have result in falsification of the election results.

In contrast to the regular polling stations, Yuliia Tymoshenko is winning Petro Poroshenko in penitentiary institutions.

Ignorance of the electoral legislation and unwillingness to adhere to it – is a serious problem on the way to determination of real election results in Kyiv. During this election campaign, observers of Civil Network OPORA reported numerous incidents of legal illiteracy or legal nihilism of members of PECs, TECs, and DECs, as well as participants of the electoral process.

On 25 May, at around 7pm, unknown persons who told they are representatives of the self-defense and police officers, didn't let the journalist of the Tochka OPORY newspaper attend the meeting of TED #214. After the journalist called police, the problem was solved and he could enter. OPORA's representative has reported the crime, and the RSA became open to everyone legally allowed to enter.

Employees of the communal services have removed political campaigning in special places, everything else should be removed by electoral headquarters.

On 25 May, armed representatives of the so-called "Donetsk People's Republic" have seized five members of district election commission #42.

  During the elections of the President of Ukraine, 16 administrative violations related to the election process were reported in Khmelnytsk oblast. This number is ten times smaller than during Parliamentary elections in 2012. Deputy Chairman of the MIAU Roman Havryliuk has provided such information during a briefing in the Oblast Department of the MIAU.
