On September 11, 2014 at 11:30 at UNIAN information agency the Civil Network OPORA will hold a press-conference “Starting Parliamentary Elections: Main Risks of Election Campaign during the Unstable Political and Military Situation”. During the event experts will discuss the start of local PR campaigns by candidates, formation of DECs, risks that already had and will have influence on the election campaign in some of the oblasts, mainly in Donbas, and generally in Ukraine.

Within the monitoring campaign, OPORA conducted long-term and short-term observation of the special presidential election in every oblast.
