From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, OPORA's observers reported 26 incidents related to the election process. Most of them concerned transportation of the voters (14); attempts to take picture of a ballot paper (2); attempts to falsify electoral documents (1); attendance of unauthorized persons (1); attempts to give a monetary bribe to a voter (1); taking ballot paper from polling station premises (1); other violations (5).
Thus, as of 4:00 PM, organized transportation of voters remains the most widespread violation. Based on numerous transportations of voters to polling stations, OPORA called on law enforcement bodies to investigate into the fact of voter transportation, ordered by Kryvyi Rih City Association of Veterans, and determine the source of financing and whether it has signs of indirect voter bribery (Article 160 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

OPORA's observers detected at polling station #121524 pre-signed precinct tabulation protocols. There were twenty pre-signed protocols on table of the Head of PEC #121524. There were no seals, but signatures of the Head, Deputy Head and Secretary were there. After the violation was detected, PEC members crossed their signatures on tabulation protocols, and observers reported the violation of legislation to police.
As of 4:00 PM, voter turnout in in early election of Kryvyi Rih city mayor reached 44.9% (margin of error 1.1%). To compare, the voter turnout in 15 November 2016 regular election of Kryvyi Rih city mayor was 28% as of 4:00 PM.
