On 29 November, Civil Network OPORA and Donetsk Oblast Organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine conducted observation and parallel vote tabulation with 100% of election precincts covered in Krasnoarmiisk. Based on observer reports, OPORA trusts that the results at polling stations in general reflect the will of the people.

Based on reports received from observers, OPORA can verify that a self-nominated candidate Ruslan Trebushkin won the mayoral race by a significant margin.

However, there is one polling station (# 141088) where ballots were stolen and where OPORA cannot verify the results. On one hand, this will not affect Mr. Trebushkin's victory, as long as his share of the vote at polling stations where the election outcomes were determined could be minimum 79 percent.

On the other hand, since the missing ballots and final decision of Krasnoarmiisk city TEC concerning the polling station #141088 could make a difference on whether several parties pass the 5 percent threshold, OPORA is unable to verify the final results of the council race.
