According to the data received by the Civil Network OPORA and Donetsk Oblast Cell of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine, the voter turnout in Mariupol (36.2% according to the data received by observers at PECs; 34.7% according to the tally mechanical click counters) and Krasnoarmiisk (36.4%) as of 8 pm is lower than voter turnout in the first round of voting on 25 October, but slightly higher than voter turnout in the second round on 15 November (34.0%)
Today, on 29 November, the last voting is held under the regular local elections to Krasnoarmiisk and Mariupol city councils and mayors.
According to the data received by OPORA observers from precinct election commissions, voter turnout in Mariupol is 36.2% as of 8:00 pm (margin of error is 1.18%). According to the count made with the help of tally mechanical click counters made by observers of OPORA at polling stations, voter turnout is 34.7% (margin of error is 1.18%).
The average voter turnout in Krasnoarmiisk is 36.4% at 8:00 PM. The margin of error is zero, as long as civic observers cover 100% of election precincts in the city.
We would like to emphasize that the voter turnout at 8:00 PM pm in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk is lower than national voter turnout in the first round held on 25 October (46.5%), but slightly higher than voter turnout in the second round on 15 November (34.0%).
