According to the data gathered by the Civil Network OPORA, voter turnout at 16:00 pm in Mariupol (29.24%) and Krasnoarmiisk (30.23%) is lower than national voter turnout in the first round held on 25 October (36.2%), but higher than voter turnout in the second round on 15 November (26.28%).
Today, on 29 November, the last voting is held under the regular local elections to Krasnoarmiisk and Mariupol city councils and mayors. All 250 polling stations in both cities of Donetsk obalst (213 in Mariupol and 37 in Krasnoarmiisk) are open and working as usual.
According to observers of Civil Network OPORA, the voter turnout in Mariupol is 29.24% as of 16:00 pm (margin of error is 1%). We would like to remind that citizen observers at polling stations in Mariupol use tally mechanical click counters to know how many voters entered the polling stations. At the same time, according to the official data provided by election commissions, average voter turnout in the city is 30.47% (margin of error – 1%).
The average voter turnout in Krasnoarmiisk is 30.23% at 4:00 pm. The margin of error is zero, as long as civic observers cover 100% of election precincts in the city.
We would like to emphasize that the voter turnout at 16:00 pm in Mariupol and Krasnoarmiisk is lower than national voter turnout in the first round held on 25 October (36.2%), but higher than voter turnout in the second round on 15 November (26.28%).
