According to the data gathered by OPORA's observers, deployed to polling stations selected by a representative sampling, the nationwide voter turnout as of 12:00 PM of November 15 is 12.8% (margin of error ±0.7%). It should be mentioned that the turnout was higher on 25 Octover – 18.5% (margin of error ±0.7%).
Besides that, voter turnout in Dnipropetrovsk has slightly decreased in the second round from 18% to 17.3%
Civil Network OPORA conducts observation of local elections in Ukraine on 25 October 2015 and the second round of mayoral elections on 15 November. Civic monitoring conducted by OPORA - is a type of network activity, aimed at impartial assessment of the preparation and conduct of elections, as well as preventing electoral violations through comprehensive civic action. 144 long-term observers were deployed to all Ukrainian regions on 5 September, and over 3000 short-term observers joined them on the election day. 77 long-term observers were deployed to 29 cities of Ukraine on 26 October, and 1000 short-term observers will join them on the election day on 15 November.
