The OPORA observer in the ED# 88 reports that at the PEC #261013 the commission members filled data to the vote tabulation protocols while voting was still under way.
PEC members filled data on PEC number and address, number of voters, the list of majoritarian candidates and the list of the PEC members.
“Such conduct of the PEC members is against requirements of the Article 91 (1) of the Law of Ukraine on the Election of People’s Deputies of Ukraine that a PEC prepares protocol on vote tabulation at its meeting after the voting procedure is over”, - commented Ivan Maruniak, OPORA coordinator at Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.
The observer prepared an act on the violation reported and a complaint over the PEC members conduct.
