Secretary of PEC #801015, election district #223 started to fill in the protocol on the vote count thus violating the law.

Namely, he collected signatures of the members of PEC under an empty protocol sheet.

After a remark made by the observer of the Civil Network OPORA, the secretary claimed that the protocol has no seal and therefore it should not be considered as a violation.

The secretary refused to present this partially filled in form to the police officer and said that is does not exist.

It is known that in the district where this PEC is situated Kostiantyn Yalovyi, the son-in-law of an infamous former head of Rayon state administration, who at the moment is MP of Ukraine Viktor Pylypyshyn, runs for the Kyiv city council.

He is know in the district because of the activity of the "charity foundation" during the election campaign.

Now the police officer is present at the polling station, what is a violation of the election process as well.

The observer of the Civil Network OPORA claims the pressure he experiences on behalf of the policement and the secretary of the comission.
