Members of the PEC in scandalously known district #223 in Kyiv violate the law and treat observer with disrespect.

In district #223 (PEC #800970) violation of Article 69(8.9) was reported.
In particular, according to observers of Civil Network OPORA, members of the commission refused to show observers the approved members of the PEC, and don't provide the protocol of the morning meeting.
According to the Head of PEC, they were ordered to do so by the Deputy Head of the DEC Tetiana Moshenska. She explained this fact as a need to protect personal data.
Besides that, the secretary of this commission didn't arrive to the polling station, and the acting secretary was appointed.
