Typical violations in Kyiv:  early opening of the safe, obstruction to activities of observers, absence of people in electoral lists.

For now, the following incidents were reported:

District #220, the PEC #800637 – the safe was opened before 7:15am

District #218, PEC #801510 – the safe was opened at 6:40am

District #220, PEC #800102 – the safe was opened without an observer present. He was let in later. The protocol was drawn up.

District #221, PEC #800711 – the safe is made of wood, what contradicts the legislation. OPORA's observer wasn't allowed to take video.

The situation in District #216, PEC #800244 is quite complicated – citizens from three apartment buildings are not included in the voter lists. In result, queues appear and people quarrel.
