Cherkasy: OPORA and CVU have appealed to public prosecution regarding violations, committed during 2013 elections

Cherkasy office of Civil Network OPORA and the Committee of Voters of Ukraine NGO have appealed to oblast public prosecution department, particularly to a newly-appointed Public Prosecutor Viktor Mykolenko, regarding electoral violations committed during 2013 election campaign.

Civic organizations asked to provide information on how the appeal of MP Mykola Tomenko regarding mass bribery of Cherkasy citizens was considered (filed to then-Chairman of Cherkasy oblast Department of MIA of Ukraine Volodymyr Lipandin), and investigate possible violations of electoral legislation, particularly:
