Observers of Civil Network OPORA have counted voters, active during repeated elections in five single-member districts, with the help of tally mechanical click counters. We remind that 600 activists were attracted to the observation campaign. They conducted parallel vote tabulation and provided online streaming from district election commissions during admission of protocols.
Thus, according to the information provided by activists of the Network, as of 8:00pm (the end of voting process), the voter turnout in single-member district #94 was 55.8%. Simultaneously, the CEC gives the number of 59.4%.
In district # 194, OPORA have recorded 48.0% turnout. According to the information of the CEC, the turnout was 47.2%.
In single-member district #197, OPORA observers have counted 37.2% of voters till the end of the voting day. However, the CEC has declared that voter turnout in this district was 36.6%.
In single-member district #223, the voter turnout, according to OPORA's calculation, was 42.2%. The CEC has promulgated the number 44.5%.
