Mykolaiv oblast: the siege of the DEC is #132 raised

On December 16, at 9:30am, people who had been staying for the whole night near the DEC #132, have left. Olena Kabashna, Electoral Programs Coordinator of the Civil Network OPORA in Mykolaiv oblast, provided such information.

According to her, 200-250 people, who had been arriving to Pervomaisk for two days with the organization "For the transparent elections" were near the DEC yet half of an hour ago.

These people in buses, escorted MP candidates Yurii Herzhov, Mykola Zhuk, and Artem Illiuk nominated by the Party of Regions, had been staying for the whole night near the DEC yesterday.

The DEC is stably functioning now, and continues receiving protocols from PECs.
