Cherkasy: Pens with disappearing ink found at the polling station

At the polling station #711002 (district #195, 60 Rizdviana street, Cherkasy) during the voting process at 6:30 pm, Mykola Kyrnos, an official observer from the candidate Volodymyr Mamaluha, enterred voting cabins and found pens with dissappearing ink in two of them. Observer took one of the pens, and the another one  was tested by PEC's members who witnessed that the ink had really dissappeared after a while. No one knows who brought the pens into the cabins.
