Kyiv oblast: Ballots are issued to people, whose registration does not conform to the lists

OPORA observers have noticed in the PEC #320287 located in Hlevakha town (Vasylkiv raion, Kyiv oblast) that commission members were issuing ballot papers, despite the residential registration of voters didn't match those indicated in voter lists Unknown people don't allow independent observers to verify the passport data.

At 11:02am, the issuance of ballots was stopped because MP candidate Yurii Karmazin arrived to the station. After that, at 11:30am, the voting continued in usual mode.
