Kyiv oblast: In Ustymivka village, people are brought to the polling station by buses

OPORA observers have noticed that since 9:15am, buses with the voters are coming to the PEC #320336 in district #94 (Ustymivka village, Vasylkiv raion, Kyiv oblast) and leaving after people vote. At 9:30am, the turnout had burst to 100 persons. Head of the PEC #320336 explained that transportation is a charitable endowment from the transport agency.

Besides that, some voters are demonstrating their ballot papers to cameras, what is forbidden by the corresponding legislation.
