On December 15, the non-stop live coverage titled "2013 elections in 5 districts" will be jointly conducted by Civil Network OPORA and Hromadske TV, in order to keep the public informed about the course of repeated elections in district #223 (Kyiv city), #94 (Obukhiv city, Kyiv oblast), #132 (Pervomaisk city, Mykolaiv oblast), #194 (Cherkasy city), and #197 (Kaniv city, Cherkasy oblast). Live coverage will be available almost 24h, starting at 8:00 on http://oporaua.org/ and http://hromadske.tv/.
Journalists will be streaming live from polling stations, district election commissions, and the Central Election Commission.
OPORA activists will promulgate information gathered by observers in polling stations, information about violations and incidents (if there will be any), and announce voter turnout. Journalists of Hromadske TV, together with guests of the studio – experts, political scientists, political technologists, international observers, and MPs of foreign parliaments – will talk about electoral funds, and problems of shadowed electoral financing, voter lists, parallel vote tabulation, exit-polls etc. After the polling stations closed, we are planning to take live interviews with the most popular candidates in 4 DEC; in the studio, we will wait for candidates running in district #223.
