On October 16, at 11.30am, in the UNIAN IA (Kyiv city, 4 Khreshchatyk St.), OPORA will hold a press-conference on the situation in 5 problematic districts.

Civil Network OPORA has launched a large-scale observation campaign in districts #94, 132, 194, 197, and 223, where MPs of Ukraine will be re-elected on December 15, 2013.

On the eve of the election campaign start, representatives of the Network will tell about activeness of potential candidates and peculiarities of campaigning before the electoral process in these districts.
