Candidates in district 223 Nataliia Rozynska and Vadym Hladchuk described their the methods of fighting Victor Pylypyshyn, and explained why they would stand for the re-election.

Instead of the announced press conference of Victor Pylypyshyn, which was postponed at the last minute, two of his competitors spoke — candidates in district 223 Nataliia Rozynska and Vadym Hladchuk.

They ensured that they were protecting the interests of voters of Shevchenkivskyi Raion and fighting against the lawlessness of Victor Pylypyshyn. Despite the fact they didn't win, they recognise the result of Yurii Levchenko. They confirm that according to their simultaneous count, the member of Svoboda really won with the margin of 930 votes.

Self-nominated candidate Vadym Hladchuk believes that this DEC is dependent on Victor Pylypyshyn, therefore, it is very important other people to work in the district commission at the re-election. He filed a claim to the CEC where he had provided evidence of some members of the DEC No.223 being connected with Victor Pylypyshyn. Moreover, the candidate intends to stand for re-election and do everything possible for them to be conducted fairly and transparently.

The candidate of the Radical Party of Oleh Liashko Nataliia Rozynska emphasises that she as a lawyer is fighting for Lukyanivska Market to be returned into communal ownership, and is convinced that among the “shaved heads” in the DEC No.223, there were raiders who smashed this market in May.

The TV presenter also stated that she would stand for the re-election.
