An information has appeared these days in internet concerning the fact that an MP candidate in the election district #13 Petro Yurchyshyn (self-nominated) has ruined the road in Rybchytsi village which reconstruction was initiated by him during the election campaign
A representative of the Civil Network OPORA in Vinnytsia oblast has called to Mr. Rybshynskyi in the village council. The cashier answered the call. "It's not true. Today we receive calls from all journalists. The Head and public prosecutor are on their way to the place to take a look, but believe me, it's not true."
Petro Yurchyshyn has also commented on the situation: "I have never done it, and I'm not going to do it in the future. All my conscience life I try to help people. Believe me, my trucks are always on the road, and I have to do it, because we are conducting milk purchase in all villages. It has nothing to do with the elections. I will speak on 1+1 TV channel. I don't understand who needs this. It can never be true. These people have lost their dignity."

Civic monitoring conducted by OPORA - is a type of network activity, aimed at impartial assessment of the preparation and conduct of elections, as well as preventing violations through comprehensive civic action. Professional monitoring at all stages of the election process indirectly influences the quality of the campaign. The public opinion, both foreign and domestic is formed through gathering and spreading of information among the target audience. OPORA observers will work in all 225 electoral districts, and 3,500 activists will join them on the voting day.
