Illegal actions are reported from Vinnytsia oblast, Zhmerynka city, in the district election commission #14. The entrance to the DEC, in which a meeting headed by the deputy head of the DEC Olena Mamasuieva (UDAR party) took place, was blocked by some strong men, which didn't let anyone go inside, even deputies of the Verkhovna Rada (MP Serhii Pidhornyi had to ask the local official from MIA of Ukraine to help him get on the meeting of the DEC).
Head and deputy head of the DEC have suddenly fell ill
The DEC is considering the legitimacy of protocols from more than ten big polling stations in Lityn, Tyvriv, and Barsk rayons, in which the candidate in district #14 Ivan Melnychuk is leading. They say that ballots were brought in damaged packages.
The meeting, which is held behind closed doors, without journalists and the public, can be codsidered as an attempt to falsify the election results and violate the Law of Ukraine On Elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine.
According to the data, received from electronic protocols yesterday, Ivan Melnychuk (All-Ukrainian Union Fatherland) has won over his competitior Viktor Zherebniuk (self-nominated candidate) by receiving 37,002, or 34.68%of votes. Viktor Zherebniuk has received 2,218 votes less.
