Ivano-Frankivsk: Electricity Disappeared at Three PECs in Nadvirna

According to OPORA observer, around midnight in Nadvirna (district No.87), electricity disappeared at three PECs at the same time.

There was no electricity for 45 minutes. As it was explained to the observer, power supply stopped due to cable fault. “We hope that disappearing of electricity at the most critical moment — when vote counting is conducted at polling stations, and protocols are prepared — is an unfortunate coincidence rather than am attempt to distort the results of the citizens' expression of will,” notes Ivan Maruniak.
