On 26 October at 11.30 in UNIAN information agency (Khreschatyk St, 4) will be held a press-conference of the Civil Network OPORA "The most problematic districts and a rating of violations during the campaign period

OPORA will air a list of the most problematic districts with the biggest number of violations noticed during the election period, in particular, administrative resource, bribery and black PR. One hundred percent of polling stations will be covered by OPORA observers in such districts.

OPORA representatives will present a final rating of violations during the election campaign period and the Seventh report on the results of nationwide observation in October.

Representatives of the Network will tell what 3,500 civic observers will do on the Election Day, and about the quick count, which gives a possibility to assess the quality of the election process with a minimal error and to know maximally accurate election results long before official results are available.

In 2012, OPORA implements a large-scale campaign of long- and short term observation, organizes a statistical vote-count by the results of voting with the proportional component of the electoral system on a basis of representative selection, will provide 100% coverage of polling stations by observers in separate single-mandate majoritarian districts. OPORA observers work in all 225 electoral districts, and 3500 activists will join them on the voting day.
