The court obliged the candidate for People's Deputy in the SMED No.62 Serhii Ryzhuk to stop placing campaign materials on 13 advertising spaces in Zhytomyr.
This is stated in the order of Zhytomyr District Administrative Court of 19 October 2012. “To oblige the candidate for People's Deputy Serhii Mykolaiovych Ryzhuk to rectify the violations of requirements of Section 7, Article 69, and Paragraph 22, Article 74 of the Law of Ukraine On Election of People's Deputies of Ukraine by terminating the placement of printed electoral campaign materials on special constructions located in Zhytomyr (a list of 13 addresses) without providing information on commissioners, printing institutions, their circulation, and information on those responsible for the issue,” is stated in the court order.
The lawsuit to Zhytomyr District Administrative Court to the candidate for People's Deputy and four Zhytomyr advertising agencies was filed by an oppositional candidate in Zhytomyr District No.62 Hennadii Zubko.
The agent of the candidate for People's Deputy Hennadii Zubko, lawyer Oleksii Yasiunetsjyi informed that in addition to recognition of the election campaign materials without specifying the imprint illegal, Zubko also pointed out that placement of campaign materials was done not out of the campaign fund of candidate Ryzhuk. The court didn't acknowledge this violation due to the lack of sufficient evidence.
