Yaroslav Moskalenko, the first Deputy Head of Kyiv State Administration and potential candidate in district #96, noted in his interview for the newspaper of Vyshgorod City Council that 14,1 million UAH will be allotted for overhaul of Enerhetyk stadium in Vyshgorod.Київщина

Mr. Moskalenko indicated that all the necessary agreements with the respective organizations.

 

"Local kids will have a chance to visit different trainings, particularly football. We agreed that 7,1 million UAH for Enerhetyk overhaul will be allocated from the state budget with the participation of SE Ukrhidroenerho, and another 7 million from the rayon budget. Will Vyshgorod citizens be against a roofed stadium for 5 thousand of seats, tennis court, track-and-field complex, basketball and volleyball courts and everything else developed by the European standards? – asked Mr. Moskalenko.

In 2012, during Parliamentary elections in Ukraine OPORA implements a large-scale campaign of long- and short term observation, organizes a statistical vote-count by the results of voting with the proportional component of the electoral system on a basis of representative selection, will provide 100% coverage of polling stations by observers in separate single-mandate majoritarian districts. OPORA observers will work in all 225 electoral districts, and 3,500 activists will join them on the voting day. Organization will use the latest means of spreading information on observation results, including infographics and interactive maps.
