Mass dissemination of leaflets with the heading "Serhei Buberlo: I'm honored to report", discrediting one of candidates for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the Party of Regions Yurii Ternikov, was noticed after 25 June in Perevalsk rayon of Luhansk oblast (Territorial Election District (TED) #108) and Krasnyi Luch city.
The leaflet contains an appeal of the Head of Perevalsk rayon council Buberlo Serhii Lazarovych (member of the Party of Regions) to the citizens of Perevalsk rayon calling not to support Yurii Ternikov on the Parliamentary elections, and to the leadership of Luhansk oblast office of the Party of regions demanding to exclude Yurii Ternikov from the Party of Regions.
There was indicated the circulation of leaflets which is 100 thousand. Serhii Buberlo mentioned in interview for OPORA, that he has nothing to do with leaflets, and that dissemination of these materials is a provocation.
Therefore, the appeal of Head of Perevalsk rayon council Buberlo Serhii was falsified.
We remind, that similar leaflets have already been disseminated on 28 May 2012, with an appeal of Serhii Buberlo not to support Volodymyr Landik, the MP of Ukraine from the Party of Regions on the Parliamentary elections. However, Serhii Buberlo affirmed that he bears no relation to this appeal.
